Rob began playing trumpet at age 10 and following high school moved to Philadelphia, PA to study music. Over the past 16 years he has played in chamber groups and orchestras throughout his tri-state area. Several years ago, he became interested in jazz and commercial music and now plays these styles exclusively. Some of the artists that Rob has performed with include Greg Karukas, Jeff Kashiwa, Chuck Loeb, Chieli Minucci with Special EFX, Gerald Veasley, The Heads Up Superband, The Heads Up All Star band, Danny Seraphine and the California Transit Authority, and Franki Valli and the Four Seasons. Rob has also appeared at the First Energy Berks Jazz Fest, The Rehobeth Jazz Festival, The Central Pennsylvania Friends of Jazz Festival, Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA, and Blues Alley in Washington D.C.,and Gerald Veasleys Jazz Base in Reading, PA. In 2005, Rob played trumpet on the national tour of 42nd Street and in 2006 for The Producers at the Meriam Theater in Philadelphia .
